Terms for the conclusion of a donation agreement via payment card or MobilePay

Donation agreement by credit card
When a donor supports International Media Support through a donation agreement, International Media Support is given permission to withdraw the chosen amount. In relation to purchase of a membership, the amount will be withdrawn once a year. For regular donors the amount will be withdrawn according to the frequency chosen. The first 95 DKK of regular donations goes to a yearly membership of IMS. For one time donations the amount will be paid after the donation has been completed.

Prices
In addition to the donation, there are no costs associated with the conclusion of a fixed donation agreement.

Receipt
The donor receives a receipt by e-mail at each payment, unless this is subsequent.

Purchase and liability
If the donor choose that the amount is linked to a specific project, each subsequent donation will go to the same project. If the donor has provided her CPR-number to International Media Support for tax deduction, International Media Support will report the total amount donated to SKAT. There is no expected quid-pro-quo from International Media Support, and the donor has no obligation to International Media Support on the basis of the donation.

Registration of information
International Media Support registers the entered information in connection with the donation in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations. The information is not disclosed but International Media Support stores the information for five years in regard to accounting. International Media Support uses logs on the donation page. These log files are used to record which choices the user makes on the page. When paying by credit card, registration is made via a secure ePay server hosted by Fundraisingbureauet where the information is encrypted.

Renewal
Upon the conclusion of a fixed donation, International Media Support is allowed to contact the donor by e-mail and telephone to renew the subscription if the payment card expires or is blocked.
If there are ongoing payments from a card and you change/renew the card, the current donation withdrawal is stopped, so we request that you renew the card identification with the new card’s data.

Cessation
If the donor wishes to stop her permanent donation, this can be done by contacting International Media Support by e-mail: donation@mediasupport.org.

Right of cancellation
There is no right of cancellation on your donation of a fixed donation agreement by payment card.
